Corporate Governance> Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board appoints the Chairman and members of the Management Board and supervises executive management.
The Supervisory Board has twelve members and one non-voting member. Nine qualify as independent Supervisory Board members, as defined in the Bouton report on corporate governance. Five members are foreign nationals. One member represents employee shareholders.
